Place is beautifully situated. The interior decor is old school in a very good way. Don't know what it is exactly but it makes you think of a Victorian era cafe in its design. Soup and sandwich deal is £10. The sandwich was filled to the brim with chicken and the soup was delicious. It's a simple place to get you filled at an acceptable price in a beautiful place. If you're going on the steamship its a relaxing and casual place to get full and ready for the cold of the lovely Scottish summer.

Afternoon tea+ cruise for two with Wowcher. The cafe had a nice outlook and atmosphere. Service was friendly and efficient. Afternoon tea consisted of mixed sandwiches (ham & tomato, cheese, + coronation chicken) which were a little dry but ok. Then two x small scones with jam & cream and another layer with two small cupcakes, mini eclairs and a very small square of chocolate cake between the two of us. Two separate pots if tea. It was all perfectly acceptable but nothing to rave about.

We stopped by here for a quick lunch before cycling around the Loch and also after for a snack. The staff were super friendly and the prices were alright. There was a decent selection of drinks though there was no beer on tap. The food however was very hit and miss so -1 star. The Ham & Cheese toastie was great, but the Coronation Chicken toastie has zero taste. The pizza was mediocre but the Raspberry Ripple was out of this world. The outside area was very nice and let's face it, it's the only place you can buy drinks and food here, so have a seat - it's pretty good.

Lovely people, great views, very, very good prices, and solid food The services was wonderful, very friendly, they even put more wood on the fire when they could see we were cold It’s a nice place to be in and the food was good for a cafe. The soup was delicious The pricing was ridiculously cheap, especially as there is no competition in the area and they could charge whatever they want 2 teas, soup of the day with lots of bread and butter and a cheese toastie was less than £17 Bathrooms were also clean A welcome place after a walk around the Loch
